Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Chudi Nnorukam, operating as Review Reply Copilot, covering this website and the tools on it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.
What the service does
Review Reply Copilot helps you decide whether a review is likely to be removable under the platform’s own policies, and drafts a reply for the case where it is not. It generates written suggestions. It does not contact Google, Yelp, or any other platform on your behalf, and it does not file reports for you.
No guarantee that a review will be removed
Removal decisions belong entirely to the platform hosting the review. Nobody, including us and including any service that claims otherwise, can guarantee that a review will be taken down. Our guidance describes the published policies and how to report a violation of them. It does not create an entitlement to a particular outcome, and an unsuccessful report is not a failure of this service.

Parts of this site discuss defamation, false statements, and legal demand letters. That is general information, not legal advice, and reading it does not make us your lawyers. Whether a review is defamatory where you live is a question for a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction. Do not act on anything here as if it were an opinion about your specific situation.
The drafts are yours to check before you publish
Replies are produced by an automated system. It can be wrong, it can misread the tone of a review, and it can state something about your business that is not accurate. You are responsible for reading every draft before you post it, for correcting anything false, and for what appears under your business name once you publish it. Treat a draft as a starting point written by an assistant who does not know your business, because that is what it is.
As between you and us, you own the drafts you generate and may use them however you like, including commercially. Similar or identical output may be generated for other users from similar input, so we cannot promise a draft is unique.
Your account
You need a working email address, and you must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. Keep access to your email secure, because sign-in links are sent there. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has reached your account. If you invite teammates into a workspace, you are responsible for what they do in it.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to write reviews, whether positive or negative, for any business. It is for replying to reviews you received, not for creating them.
- Do not post drafts containing statements you know to be false, or that threaten, harass, or reveal private information about a reviewer.
- Do not use it to impersonate a business you do not represent.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the service, and do not resell access to it without our written agreement.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where the breach is minor and fixable we will normally say so first.
Paid plans, renewal, and refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on the cycle shown at checkout, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not refund the current period unless a law that applies to you says otherwise. If the service was unusable through our fault, email us and we will sort it out rather than argue about it. Prices can change, and we will give notice before a change affects a renewal.
Our content
The site, its wording, and its design belong to us. You are welcome to read, quote with attribution, and link to it. You may not republish substantial parts of it as your own.
Availability
The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. It depends on third-party providers, and an outage at one of them is an outage here.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost customers, or reputational harm arising from a review, a reply, or a removal request. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms, or if we discontinue the service, in which case we will refund any period you have paid for and not used.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and material changes will be notified by email to account holders. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
